Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility: All current residents of Shanoor Homes are eligible to participate in the referral scheme.
- Leads Exclusivity: Referred individuals should not be present in our existing database or have had prior contact with our organization.
- Rate Calculation: The referral rate will be based on prevailing rates at the time of the referred individual signing a contract or making a purchase with us.
- Rewards: Upon successful conversion and execution of agreement of the referred individual, the referrer will be eligible for the referral reward as per the terms and conditions agreed with the company.
- Multiple Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals a resident can make. Each successful referral will qualify for the applicable reward.
- Validity: This referral scheme is valid for 6 months , after which any unredeemed referrals will not be eligible for rewards.
- Changes: Shanoor Homes reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
