  • Dadoing the wall of toilets with the best quality and Ceramic tile of size, not less than 30 cm x 45 cm of approved color and brand (KAJARIA, AGL or any equivalent brand) including all cost of fixing them in cement grout over cement base course using cement mortar 1:4, 12 mm thick including filling the joint with white cement mixed pigment etc.complete at a height of 210 cm.
  • Finishing the floor of toilets with the best quality and nonskid mat finish Ceramic tile of size not less than 30 cm x 30 cm x 7 mm thick of approved color and brand (AGL, KAJARIA or any equivalent brand ) including all cost of fixing them in cement grout over cement base
  • course using cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick including filling the joint with white cement mixed pigment to match the shade of tile, etc. as per specification.
