Interior Designer
Description:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in design software’s and other related software’s Strong time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A passion for design, with a desire to stay current with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Keeping Track of all the drawings and correspondence.
- Client handling in every phase e.g. Designing, Execution, Material Selection etc.
- Supervise all the ongoing sites & solve all the problems which will obstruct the progress.
- Aptitude in managing and monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and coordinating with vendors
- Work with clients to understand their design preferences and needs.
- Collaborate with contractors and other design professionals to ensure that designs are implemented correctly.
Qualification: B.Arch. or B.Tech / B.E (Civil) or Diploma or ITI with 2 years experience.
QA/QC Engineer
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in high rise building construction is mandatory.
