This amount is credited directly to you each month after booking. You can use it to offset your home loan interest during construction — meaning your net monthly outgo can be close to zero.
Shanoor Tulips is pre-approved with all major banks and housing finance companies. If you are a salaried professional with a household income of ₹60,000 or above, you are very likely to qualify. Apartments start at ₹5,600 per sq ft (pre-revision price, valid until May 31, 2026). A mid-sized 2 BHK of approximately 1,050 sq ft would be around ₹58.8 lakhs. This price increases to ₹5,800/sq ft from June 1 — booking now saves you over ₹2 lakhs on base price alone.
