When you book an apartment at Shanoor Tulips, we pay you ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 every month (depending on your unit size) until the apartment is ready for possession (estimated October 2027). This amount is credited directly to you each month after booking. You can use it to offset your home loan interest during construction — meaning your net monthly outgo can be close to zero.

Shanoor Tulips is pre-approved with all major banks and housing finance companies. If you are a salaried professional with a household income of ₹60,000 or above, you are very likely to qualify. Our dedicated loan support team handles the entire process — from documentation to sanction — so you don't have to run around.

Apartments start at ₹5,600 per sq ft (pre-revision price, valid until May 31, 2026). A mid-sized 2 BHK of approximately 1,050 sq ft would be around ₹58.8 lakhs. This price increases to ₹5,800/sq ft from June 1 — booking now saves you over ₹2 lakhs on base price alone.

That's the whole point of this offer. During the construction period, you only pay loan interest (not full repayment) — typically ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month. With Shanoor's monthly support of ₹12,000 to ₹18,000, your net outgo during construction is near zero. After possession, your full monthly payment replaces your rent — same monthly outgo, but now you're building your own asset.

The monthly support is provided during the construction period only (from booking until possession, estimated October 2027). Once you receive possession and move in, the support stops, and your regular home loan repayment begins. By then, you're simply paying for your own home instead of paying rent.
